Coming from the heart of Oaxaca, the artisan Lucrecia Mattias from San Martin Tilcajete, works with her partner to uniquely shaped firguresthat Alexa Sefchovich, designer from Guadalajara, integrates into her designs. The patterns throughout the piece are inspired by the local fauna, who over time has become representative of Mexico's ecology.
